We are currently recruiting on behalf of a progressive financial services company who seek a Team Leader to join their administration department.
As Team Leader you will be assisting the department manager with:
- Operational planning and support
- Ensuring the department are on target with service level agreements
- Regular review of processes and procedures
- Collation, review and reporting of management information
- Employee performance management
- Undertaking appraisals and employee development plans
This is full-time permanent role which is office based Monday – Friday 0900-1700. Location: Winchester. Salary up to £27,000 per year
Essential requirements
- Educated to Degree Level
- At least one year’s experience working in Financial Insurance or a similar background
- An understanding of the Data Protection Act and FCA Regulations
- General Financial Services experience
- Cert CII preferable
As Team Leader, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, and genuinely enjoy getting the best from your team. You will have a strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements associated with the Financial Services Industry. In particular the emphasis on Consumer Duty, Treating Customers Fairly and Vulnerable Customer practices
