The role of Sales Assistant is based on the outskirts of Andover (due to location a full UK driving license and own transport required) The hours are full-time 08.30 – 1700 over 5 days. This will include working Saturdays with a day off in the week.
Salary starts at £23,000 per year plus monthly bonuses.
As Sales Assistant, you would be joining a small and professional retail business who pride themselves on outstanding service delivery. Day to day you will be dealing with customers both face to face and over the phone along with processing on-line orders. You are providing a solution led sale, best adapted to customer requirements so strong listening skills are a must.
This is a truly varied role which also includes: helping out in the warehouse, ad-hoc deliveries and processing sales orders via the EPOS system.

- Greeting customers in the showroom
- Providing guidance and advice on products
- Upsell extra services & products where appropriate
- Raise sales & purchase orders via Sage
- Scheduling orders
- Processing online orders
- Email correspondence to customers
