How does it work?
Initially a chat on the phone to see if we are the right agency for you. We then come and meet with you or arrange a Zoom chat and get to grips with what you are looking for. Clients are busy people, but for us to find the right person for you, we need to find out what you do want, and what you don’t!

We aim to have between 3-5 CVs for each role so we certainly won’t bombard you – we just aim to match what you have asked for.
What does it include?
We will advertise on job boards, our website, and other media and we will continually search databases of CVs. We will do all the pre-screening and initial interviews prior to submission of any CV. We will ask for feedback within a reasonable time frame and arrange interviews with you and the candidate. Should you accept or reject a candidate, we will liaise between all parties.
What will it cost?
Our reasonable fees are agreed at our initial consultation with you. The only charge you incur happens after an offer has been made and accepted. You will be invoiced on the day the candidate commences employment.
What if the candidate is not suitable?
Although we take every measurable step to ensure the suitability of the candidate, ultimately it is your decision on whom to employ. If, however once they have started, you feel that the candidate is not right, we do offer a rebate scheme for a certain period for ease of mind.

What if I want someone outside of that skill set?
Through the relationships we have built with clients, we are often asked to search for candidates outside of these particular roles. We are able to tap into a wide range of candidates via several networks. Being able to attract good candidates who respond to our well thought out and descriptive adverts is also important.
However, if we do not have the right contacts for a particular niche role, we will tell you right at the start.
