A key question (and a very valid one at that) we are sometimes asked by businesses is “why use an agency?” Such a question deserves a clear answer.  We are not going to say that we are unlike a lot of agencies as you have heard it all before.  So instead let’s look at the biggest constraint all businesses face when recruiting – Time.
