With a starting salary of £35,000 per year plus generous bonuses (up to £10,000 per year) this new role also offers fantastic benefits which include: 38 days annual leave per year, free onsite parking plus more. Office based. Monday-Friday 0900-1700 with the occasional Saturday (time off in lieu)

We seek an experienced Team Leader or Manager who has proven experience in coaching and developing teams within a targeted environment, preferably within a call centre setting. Your responsibilities include:

  • Performance management
  • Actively support, lead and manage a team of sales advisors
  • Administration tasks
  • Encourage the best performance from each member to reach team targets
  • Provide 1-1 reviews
  • Provide continued support, building a positive culture
  • Act as a support to the senior management team

To be considered for the role of Team Manager, you will have a background in performance management, strong coaching and leadership skills and genuinely thrive on getting the best from people. You will be an outstanding communicator who works with integrity and pride.

This is a busy, fast paced and positive working environment with achievable targets place. We seek a Team Manager who will actively encourage others to reach their goals. Essentially you are used to working to targets and have the experience and knowledge of getting the best from your team. You will have strong influencing skills, and the ability to feedback in a concise and structured manner. Good IT skills are also a must!
