This full-time, permanent position of Customer Service Advisor offers 35 hours per week (Monday-Friday 0900-1700) and a starting salary of £21,100 per year. Also included: a generous annual bonus, 30 days annual leave and various other perks.

As a Customer Advisor your duties include:

  • Providing excellent support to customers over the telephone and by email
  • Assisting customers with queries and product information
  • Working with internal departments to ensure queries are resolved efficiently
  • Administration responsibilities
  • Using internal systems and databases to record accurate and detailed information
  • Submitting quotations and order details to customers via email

Our ideal Customer Service Advisor will be a people person with confidence to talk to customers over the phone. You will be educated to A Level or equivalent, have strong grammatical skills,  IT literacy and excellent attention to detail.
