Due to expansion, we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor who has previously worked in a customer service or sales role – within an office environment. This busy and fulfilling role will suit you if you genuinely enjoy interacting with customers and feel a sense of satisfaction when providing an outstanding service. You will have a warm and friendly telephone manner and are an expert when it comes to listening! If you get a kick from knowing you have helped make a customer’s life easier and love working within a great team setting, this role may be your next move!
The role of Customer Service Advisor is a full time position. Monday-Friday 0900-1700 office based in Andover with a starting salary of £27,000 per year. Immediate start available.
As Customer Service Advisor, you will be speaking with a multitude of customers each day, providing a courteous and helpful service, answering queries, providing guidance on products and upselling where applicable. Although this is not a telesales role, you are selling a service where achievable targets are in place.
