We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Marketing Manager to own and deliver B2B marketing initiatives for high-value, project-led sales pipeline. You will be responsible for marketing complex, long-cycle projects within the leisure industry. This role is heavily project focused and requires a blend of campaign management and practical lead-generation tactics to support the sales team throughout extended commercial sales cycles.
Location: Andover, Hampshire. Office based Monday – Friday. Permanent role.
Please note: All employees are office based and therefore unable to accommodate working from home.
Salary up to £48,000 per year plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities
The role is focused on building and managing highly structured marketing campaign programs, with a focus on high quality leads and enquiries. Reporting directly to the CMO, and overseeing the day to day of one team member, your role responsibilities include:
- Development and execution of targeted campaigns: fun multi-channel campaigns designed to keep prospects engaged
- Create content strategies that nurture prospects through long, complex sales cycles (typically 6 to 18 months).
- Align closely with the Business Development team to build sales enablement materials, case studies, and tender support documentation
- Event & Exhibition Management: Manage the presence, and on-site coordination for exhibitions
- Track and report on key marketing KPIs, including inbound enquiries, qualified leads, campaign delivery, website conversion, email engagement, landing page performance and content output
- Brand & Content Execution: Write and distribute compelling tailored content
- Maintain and update the company website, campaign and landing pages
Required Criteria
- Experience in Long Sales Cycles: Proven background working within project-led, high-value, sales environments
- Campaign management and marketing automation, lead generation and campaign performance
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Strong written communication and copy-editing ability
- Sector Expertise: Direct experience working within experiential leisure, visitor attractions is helpful
- Education: Marketing degree or a relevant professional marketing qualification
- Event Management: Demonstrable experience directly managing trade shows, or industry exhibitions
To be considered for the role your CV will prove at least 3 years (minimum) experience within a similar role. Ideally you will live within a reasonable proximity to Andover as this is an office based role. !
