As Customer Services & Export Administrator, you would be joining a specialist manufacturing company who have a global presence. Due to growth, they now seek an experienced, driven and proactive individual to complement their friendly, dynamic and professional team.

Location/Hours/Benefits

Office based; the company are located near Twyford, Hampshire. Full-Time only. Monday – Friday, 0830-1700. Annual salary is dependent upon experience, plus annual company bonus.  Free on-site parking, private medical insurance, pension contribution, 25 days annual leave plus 8 days bank holidays.

About you

The role of Customer Service & Export Administrator would suit an experienced and enthusiastic customer service professional who prides themselves on exemplary customer service.  You will have worked within a sales administration/export environment, with a B2B client base, and ideally have experience of sales order processing and strong IT skills. This would especially suit you if you have worked within smaller teams.

Customer Service & Export Administrator responsibilities:

  • Respond to a wide variety of customer enquiries via email and phone, including technical queries and complaints
  • Setting up of new accounts and ongoing administrative account maintenance
  • Sales order Processing and expediting orders
  • Creation of shipping and compliance documents for export and final invoices
  • Web orders and price list maintenance
  • Invoice preparation and processing payments
  • Organising refunds, credit notes and returns
  • Organisation of Certificates of Origin
  • Preparation of correct shipping documentation for overseas customer returns
  • Weekly reviewing and updating of debtors reports
  • Working closely with members of the Sales and Production teams regarding orders and lead times
  • Proactively work with relevant sales team to organise dispatch of samples
  • Maintain communication with Technical Support team to ensure smooth and consistent resolution of complaints and returned goods
  • Maintain up to date records relating to signed delivery notes

Essential Requirements

  • Experience within customer services & administration
  • Excellent communication skills
  • B2B customer service/account management experience
  • GCSE Maths and English
  • A Levels or equivalent
