This roles of Customer Service Advisors offer either a 12 month contract with full time hours Monday- Friday, a salary of £23,900 and fantastic benefits.
Our ideal Customer Service Advisor will have previous call centre experience or can demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and can work alone.
You would be joining an enthusiastic team who have all contributed to a company who have won numerous awards for their outstanding service. We would love to find an additional team player who shares the same passion for service delivery!
The role of Customer Service Advisor incorporates:
- Taking high volumes of inbound calls
- Resolving queries
- Updating internal database
- Sending email correspondence to customers
- Web chat
- Administrative tasks
