Location, Salary and Hours

Andover. On-site parking/ £28,000 per year.  Monday – Friday 0900-1730.  12 Month fixed term contract initially. 33 days annual leave.

The role

The Sales Administrator will be processing high volume orders, communicating with distributors, suppliers and internal and external customers.

  • Entering sales orders into SAP
  • Creating and maintaining customer data in SAP
  • Scheduling shipments
  • Speaking with customers and distributors globally
  • Providing order confirmations to customers
  • Producing sales reports
  • Resolving customer queries

About you

As Sales Administrator you will have several years’ experience of high-volume order processing experience. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and a professional outlook.

Essential Requirements

  • Excellent people skills
  • Ability to produce accurate work to tight deadlines
  • SAP, CRM or equivalent customer database system
  • Excellent verbal, written and telephone skills
  • Ability to work reactively and pro-actively to deadlines
  • Strong  problem solving skills
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office
